Queers & Comics celebrates, explores and analyzes queer cartoonists and their work. It will offer LGBT cartoonists, comics writers and artists an opportunity to share information about their craft, to document the history and significance of queer comics, and to discuss how LGBT cartoonists navigate the comics industry.
This forum will spotlight the veterans of LGBT cartooning in North America and internationally, and will examine how queer comics reflect and critique queer culture. Queer comics publishers, editors, journalists, academics and readers are also encouraged to attend.
