In 1965, at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, James Baldwin debated conservative author William F. Buckley on the Black/White racial divide.

In this taped excerpt, Baldwin maps the history of white supremacy and advocates for Black agency and Black life. The video is 24 minutes long, but please make the time. It is astounding.
