Dear Reader:

My colleagues and I, in collaboration with the Brooklyn Public Library, Main Branch, are
curating an evening of spectacular and unique events to reflect the truth of the way HIV and
AIDS effect our lives now on Dec 1, World AIDS Day.

One of the events is a tea hour, that will feature diverse stories, across demographics, of people who are living with, or effected in a personal way, by the virus.

It is our goal to have as many sincere and eager voices represented as possible.

We are looking for speakers, or readers, to share a personal story, or poem, about their experience with the virus.

If you would like to be a part of World AIDS Day, on December 1, 2011, form 7-9pm at the Brooklyn Public Library, main branch, please contact us!

We are also looking for volunteers to be living bodies in an installation, so if you are interested in volunteering in other ways, please feel free to respond!

Thank you,

Laura-Marie Marciano
