Earlier this month, John Morgan Wilson noted that Eduardo Santiago‘s short story, “Havana Hilton,” will be published in the PEN USA anthologyStrange Cargo, an Emerging Voices Anthology, which includes stories, poems and nonfiction pieces by Emerging Voices Fellows from 1997 to 2010.  Eduardo is the author of the novel Tomorrow They Will Kiss (Little, Brown).

We also noticed that, 2010 LLF Emerging LGBT Voices Fellow (and PEN USA Emerging Voices Fellow), Monica Carter is also on the list! Carter is working on her novel, Eating the Apple, set in 1930’s Manhattan. Congratulations to both authors.
