The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center of Baltimore and Maryland (GLCCB) has opened an informational center, which includes support services and resources, a computer lab, Wi-Fi, and an LGBT bookstore.  The Welcome Center will be open to the public from noon to 6 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and noon to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays.
