WHAT: LITTER a queer reading series welcomes author Michael Cunningham, poet CA Conrad and more. Cunningham, author of The Hours (winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the Pen/Faulkner Award), will read from a novel in progress. Conrad (The Book of Frank), will read from his recently published book of poems, A Beautiful Marsupial Afternoon – New (Soma)tics.

LITTER brings leading writers to Phoenix, a storied bar in the East Village, on one Sunday of each month. In addition to headline readings, these nights will often showcase sets of emerging local writers. All will be queer-focused.

Come mingle, imbibe, and revel in New York’s newest queer reading series!
